Privacy Policy
This privacy policy describes how strangerthanheavens.wiki, an unofficial Stranger Than Heaven fan wiki, treats information. We do not run game accounts. We do not sell personal data. All language versions of the wiki share this English privacy document.
What we collect
The site is a static publication hosted on Cloudflare Pages. The host may process standard server logs such as IP address, user agent, and requested URL for security and reliability. We do not ask you to create a wiki account. We do not run a checkout. We do not want your PlayStation or Steam credentials, and we will never ask for them.
If you email the operator, we receive whatever you put in the email. Use that channel for rights requests and corrections, not for save-file support. We keep such mail only as long as needed to handle the request.
Cookies, local storage, and embeds
A language-preference cookie or local storage key may remember whether you last used English, Japanese, French, or Spanish. Details sit in the cookie policy. You can refuse it in your browser; the language switcher will still work, it just will not remember you.
Some articles lazy-load YouTube players when you press play. YouTube is a Google service with its own privacy policy. Until you press play, we prefer a thumbnail from YouTube’s image hosts rather than a live player. Clicking play is you choosing to talk to Google. Official trailers are embedded because they are the evidence for the guide, not because we need an ad network.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. Hosts and security providers process traffic as needed to keep the site up. If a legal demand requires log disclosure, we will follow applicable law. Logs on a static host are typically rotated on the host’s schedule, not on a wiki-specific CRM.
This policy may change when hosting, analytics, or embeds change. We will not add a surprise account system without updating this page. Questions belong in an email to the operator, not in a platform support ticket addressed to SEGA. SEGA cannot see your wiki browsing and cannot reset it.
