Orpheus is diegetic. He is a smuggler on a 1915 Pacific crossing, not a presenter in a tuxedo. Broadus is in the same crossing’s gravity, role still veiled. Tori Kelly is a singer character in a postwar tourist city, which is a story job, not a concert cameo. Tupac’s Amaru is the lightning rod. Yokoyama has said Snoop suggested the inclusion, introduced the estate, and that the studio talked to family. He also said they knew the internet would snarl. This wiki will describe the claim and skip the pile-on. When the role is playable or plot-visible, the row gets a job description. Until then it is a likeness with a name.

Sugawara’s Iwaki is easier to place: a family power in the Hiroshima years, the organization through which Makoto becomes Red Oni. Ukaji voicing that ghost is a second performance on top of Hataoka.
