Standard is the game. Physical on PS5 (and advertised on Xbox in some regions), digital everywhere that matters. Amazon has dangled a poster on some physical Standard carts. Japan’s physical Standard is the 9,900 yen tax-in package; digital Standard is 8,990 yen tax-in. US digital and physical street is $69.99. Deluxe is digital: base game plus the Deluxe Upgrade DLC. US $89.99, Japan 11,990 yen tax-in. Contents: original Makoto outfit, four weapons, four skilled performers, three stage-production items, special promotional poster, record player (in-game soundtrack), electronic camera. SEGA has said Standard owners can buy the upgrade later. That later price is not a public US number yet.

Collector’s is a limited physical object: console disc (PS5 emphasized, Xbox listed in Western roundups), Deluxe voucher, Kagekiri voucher, SteelBook, vinyl with the theme and representative tracks, exclusive art box. US $129.99, Japan 18,000 yen tax-in. Details sit on the Collector’s page.

Xbox Game Pass is day one, console and PC, Play Anywhere on the Microsoft storefront. If you already pay for the subscription, Standard’s $70 is optional. Deluxe’s extras are the remaining question. Collector’s is a furniture question. Steam is a separate PC copy with Denuvo if you want that ecosystem’s overlay and you do not want Microsoft’s. The platforms page is the storefront brain. Do not buy Deluxe because a store page put “weapons” in bold. Read weapons and how to run shows first. Extra knives and extra singers only matter if you like those verbs. Extra vinyl only matters if you own a needle or a wall.

Japanese official pricing: physical package 9,900 yen tax-in, Collector’s 18,000, digital Standard 8,990, Deluxe 11,990. Digital SKUs are the only path for Steam and for Xbox Series besides Game Pass. Collector’s packaging talk in Japanese stresses analog vinyl of the theme, a heavy SteelBook, and a box with unique art. Western Collector’s listings match those objects and add the two voucher codes as line items. Amazon’s poster on Standard physical is a retailer extra, not a SEGA SKU. Treat retailer extras as volatile. Treat SEGA’s Deluxe list as the stable one. If a YouTuber adds a figurine that is not on this page, they are selling a different country’s bundle or a fantasy.
